Menteith Partnership (Scottish Oak Buildings) based in Perth, Scotland, specialises in the design, fabrication and construction of timber frame homes and buildings, with specialist interest in and knowledge of, Green Oak timber frame construction.

Our two principals, who have combined experience of more than sixty years in bespoke timber frame housing, are committed to providing, for their clients, the most stress free and fulfilling construction experience possible.

As the founders of a small, dedicated, multi-discipline team of professionals, we offer a comprehensive, bespoke service to both our individual and corporate clients.

From our base in Central Scotland, we operate throughout mainland and island Scotland (with the exception of the Northern Isles) and the north of England.

• Architectural design from initial, concept sketches through to full working drawings.

• Full factory fabrication of both Green Oak and softwood timber frames.
